Your Quality Solutions, Inc. (YQS) is a growing stormwater inspection and maintenance company serving public and private clients across Pennsylvania. We are hiring an entry-level Assistant Stormwater Technician to support stormwater inspections, maintenance, and daily operations across multiple job sites. This is a hands-on role with training and advancement opportunities into a Stormwater Technician position.

What & who we are looking for:

  • Reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
  • Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and perform physical work
  • Construction or field experience is a plus (not required)
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurability requirements
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy

What you will do:

  • Assist technicians with fieldwork, inspections, and maintenance
  • Help set up and clean up job sites and equipment
  • Load and unload tools and materials
  • Support multiple crews based on daily operational needs
  • Maintain clean and organized vehicles and equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols

Benefits

  • Starting Rate: $22–$23/hour ($52,000–$55,000 annually)
  • Full-Time | Permanent Position | Monday–Friday | Overtime as Needed
  • Prevailing Wage Opportunities: Higher pay rates on select state and federal projects
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Eligibility begins 30 days after hire
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): Employer-funded, tax-free reimbursement for medical, dental, vision, and eligible healthcare expenses
  • Retirement Plan (IRA): 100% employer match up to 3%, with immediate vesting (eligible after 90 days)
  • Paid Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year (56 hours total)
  • Safety Footwear & Uniforms: Employer provided
  • Opportunity for a performance-based pay increase after 90–120 days
