Join a company taking the lead in the stormwater industry in Pennsylvania
Inspect underground water quality structures
Complete maintenance and repairs to ensure the quality and longevity of stormwater systems
Document all work activity using customized company software and applications
Mobilize state‑of‑the‑art equipment and technology for pipe inspections
Install precast concrete structures and detention basins
Work consistent 8‑hour days with occasional overtime
Participate in occasional prevailing‑wage federal or state‑funded projects
Travel to public, private, and commercial job sites and roadways
Follow OSHA and state safety regulations
Receive on‑the‑job training with education and advancement opportunities
About Your Quality Solutions, Inc.
Your Quality Solutions, Inc. (YQS) provides inspections, maintenance, and repairs for stormwater systems, water quality structures, and CCTV pipe inspections. Our mission is to preserve clean water for future generations. We are seeking motivated individuals with a valid PA driver’s license and a strong driving record who are interested in long‑term career growth with our company.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in construction, landscaping, and/or manufacturing (stormwater experience a plus)
Basic computer and digital skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, photo/video functions, and mobile applications)
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Organized, task‑oriented, and detail‑focused
Willingness to learn and grow through employer‑provided training
Self‑motivated and team‑oriented
Physically active and able to work on construction sites and lift up to 80 lbs for short distances
Compensation & Benefits
Average weekly earnings: $1,000 – $1,250
Annual average wages: $54,000 – $65,000
Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Typical hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30/4:00 p.m.
PTO and holiday pay
Occasional overtime and prevailing wages
HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement)
Simple IRA with 3% company match (100% vested)
